- Extended Follow-Up / Complex Care (60 mins)
- Routine Follow-Up & Medication Review (30 mins)
- Individual Psychotherapy Session (60 mins)
- QBCheck Computerized ADHD Testing: Self-pay only
Out-of-Network Reimbursement (Superbills):
If our practice is out-of-network with your insurance carrier, we are happy to provide you with a detailed itemized receipt (a superbill) after your visit. You can submit this directly to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement according to your plan's coverage.
