We're pleased to announce that we accept a variety of insurance plans to help make your care more accessible. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first appointment with us to verify your coverage and mental health benefits.
Should your insurance company determine that our services are "out of network" or deny coverage for any reason, we have self-pay options available.
Reimbursement for
Out-of-Network Services
If you're using an out-of-network provider, we're happy to support you by providing a detailed "superbill" after your appointment. This documentation can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement according to your plan's specific policies.
To confirm your appointment booking, we require credit card information from all patients, including those using insurance coverage.
Please note that we are unable to accept cash or personal checks.
Pending Insurance Providers
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we appreciate your partnership in maintaining our scheduling system. To ensure we can provide timely care to all our patients:

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• Missed appointments without notification ("no-call, no-show") will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service fee.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy helps us serve all our patients effectively while respecting everyone's valuable time.
Should you need to reschedule, we're happy to work with you to find a more convenient time when notification is provided at least 48 hours in advance.
